is it normal that when the normal light is on, the spoiler break light is on too and only goes brighter when i brake?

I have parked my Vivio for the winter. I will put the battery back into it this weekend and check to see if when the headlights are on, if the rear spoiler light is on as well. Then I will check to see if it is brighter when the brakes are applied.
Check back in a day or 2.

Well here is the answer, but you are not going to like it .. .. The rear top spoiler mounted brake light only comes on when the brakes are applied, even with the head lights and front fog lights on, it is normally off. |
