The Mini Jumbo History

Subaru first released the new Rex II in 1981 in Japan and then in 1982 the Mini Jumbo,short for Mini Jumbo "Jet" was released in Europe.The difference from the Rex II was that the steering wheel is on the left and the engine is the larger EK42 665cc 2 cylinder water cooled 4 stroke.Otherwise it remained the same as all the others built on the light series 700 chassis.

That is one incredibly cute little roller skate! I wonder if you could jam a Justy 3 popper in there. Talk about Jack-Rabbit starts!!! That would turn anybody into Mario... ;D ;D ;D

I imagine that those standard size round head lights would bolt onto the rad support with the stock head light bucket. The problem would be what to do about the the four empty corners and the other light lens beside the head light. If you wanted to muck around adapting a bezel off something else to take up the space I suppose it could be done.
