Compared to other Small Engine EFI kits of us, this is a comparatively "large" engine EFI kit. It is designed to convert some carburetor engines of 400cc to 800cc range. Because of larger displacements, everything (almost) needs to be larger size; namely larger fuel pump, larger fuel injector, larger throttle body (42mm); etc. Besides, this 42mm throttle body comes with an idle control motor built-in. This kit makes it easier for those who still own a carburetor engine in the 400cc to 800cc range, and want to convert it to fuel injected. Same as other kits of ours, this one is easy to install and tune. The key is to make sure your carburetor can be replaced by the 42mm throttle body. Or you may need to machine a spacer. This kit has all the features of the smaller EFI kits, like self-tuning capability. This kit by default will run 1-cylinder engine. For 2-cylinder engines, like V-twin, or parallel twins, more modifications are required, in many cases, a new manifold or new throttle body set will be required. contact us for details.
News: We now have 38mm, 42mm, 45mm, 50mm, 55mm, 60mm, and 65mm throttle bodies to fit different size engines. Note, only 42mm throttle body has been customzied for certain bikes like Suzuki DR650. For other throttle bodies, you may need to do some mechanical adaptations. Note: for DR650, the motor is running better with a little rich AFR in some cases, like idle, and WOT.

*EMI: Electro-Magnetic Interference. Without a metal case, ECU is susceptible to the EMI noise, and can behave erratically, and even dangerously. Especailly for side-by-side racing, your ECU can be interfered by the EMI noise right from your competitor next to you.
This kit may require some tuning, depending how special is your engine. The tuning is easy and we have a easy to follow tuning guide. (via ProCAL tuning software).
