I have got one that I may consider selling, but would need to do a compression check etc on it first. The big issue would be freight across the strait. If you are interested let me know & I will check it out for you.

I've had a good think about it, and I've decided I know my engine well, and so stripping it down again is going to be the next step.
I'll look at boring it out and getting completely new pistons to suit like you've done (Justy seems right, don't they?)
I know the valves, stem seals and seats are good as I've already stripped and replaced that stuff as necessary. I'll have to get a new oil pump rotor just to be sure, and remove the oil pickup to check it hasn't become clogged.
The second hand piston I sourced was quite a tight fit and required a bit of shaping, and cleaning as you may recall the pictures.
I haven't lost my mind... it's backed up on tape somewhere
