I do feel like i am re-inventing the wheel looking for info on the internet about the Vivio rx-r searching the sites in Japan I found some images and info but the translator is at times strange. the two main types of S/C above is 40mm s/c pulley info i found on S/C pulley size and boost level from what I read going over 1.0K will limit your play time with a con. rod issue. "case of MT in DOHC S / C 53 mm: 0.75K genuine 49 mm: 0.9K 47 mm: 0.95K 46 mm: 1.0k 42 mm: 1.1K 40 mm: 1.2k " Over 1.1k boost helpful to weld people state get the ECU rom tuned going all out

With the pulley change boost increases, I found some conversions to US. my meter is US reading. 0.1 kg/cm2 = 1.4 psi 0.2 kg/cm2 = 2.8 psi 0.3 kg/cm2 = 4.3 psi 0.4 kg/cm2 = 5.7 psi 0.5 kg/cm2 = 7.1 psi 0.6 kg/cm2 = 8.5 psi 0.7 kg/cm2 = 10.0 psi 0.8 kg/cm2 = 11.4 psi 0.9 kg/cm2 = 12.8 psi 1.0 kg/cm2 = 14.2 psi 1.1 kg/cm2 = 15.6 psi 1.2 kg/cm2 = 17.1 psi 1.3 kg/cm2 = 18.5 psi 1.4 kg/cm2 = 19.9 psi Pulley DOHC Vivio RX-R S / C ブーストアッププーリー boost up pulley search for parts 55 or 53 mm: 0.75K genuine 49 mm: 0.9K 47 mm: 0.95K 46 mm: 1.0k 42 mm:1.1K 40 mm: 1.2k more fuel and ecu changes needed as well or engine damage, from what I read issues start at the higher boost levels under 1.0kg/cm2 should be good trade off.
